Bianco DPC1-22 NXT Dual Pump Control Panel (0.37-2.50kW 240v)

The Bia nXt-DPC (Dual Pump Controller) is a module intended to control and protect a pair of single phase pumps. The user can select a control logic sequence to match their application and enjoy the benefits of superior control and protection for the pumps.

FEATURES

The Bianco nXt range of intelligent controllers are:

• Suitable for installation in various industrial and domestic applications 
• Function Switches for drainage, pressure boosting and transfer applications
• User Friendly features for controlling and protecting pumps and reporting faults with live data retention
• RS485 communication interface for easy integration into Building Management Systems 
• Ingress protection rating IP54 with intelligent dynamic LCD display for pump running information that is suitable for installation both indoors and outdoors
• Automatic Calibration of iCON intelligent controller which sets pump thermal overload by means of button push
• Optional enclosure with an external door available

There are 3 primary control logic modes:

• Drainage’ where control concentrated at the source
• Boosting’ which references pressure switching for control
• Transfer’ which is a mix of source and destination control

nXt-DPC has 2 x passive dry contacts and is equipped with a RS485 modbus interface to connect to a BMS

Protection functions can be set, enabled or disabled independently

• Over voltage
• Under voltage
• Dry Run (under current)
• Overload (over current)
• Pump stall
• Open phase protection
• Phase reversal (3 phase models only)
• Phase in-balance (input / output)
• Pump anti-seize (96hr default)
• Manual or Automatic operation
• nXt-DPC has an audible alarm and a flashing light to indicate
• an alarm state. It supports an external alarm unit
• Fault log
• Pump accumulated running time memory
• Pump start / stop delay time setting

CONTROL INPUTS

Switched input - float, pressure switch, temperature switching

• Level probe (capacitance type probes)
