Phoenix Contact ILC Series of PLCs:

Powerful high-performance PROFINET controller to compliment the ILC controller range. Field of application has been improved with the addition of the ILC high-performance controllers which would support smaller applications also. This highly modular design means direct integration is possible and can be manipulated to support relevant application requirements.

Phoenix Contact has designed the ILC Series of PLCs to go beyond that of a normal controller. Our ILC 100 series performs standard control logic functions, communicates to HMIs and controls remote I/O. But these PLCs are capable of much more: communicate with network infrastructure, such as switches; interact with databases and augment all standard automation systems with an incredible degree of communication.

The ILC Series modular small-scale controller for the Inline I/O system is at the heart of Easy Automation. The ILC Series is characterized by its support for the Modbus/TCP and PROFINET Ethernet-based protocols. A new feature is the support for an optional SD card.
